Direct report to Head of ELA , Sales & Head of ELA Global (Matrix manager)
Key Accountabilities
- Development and implementation of global customer strategy for the assigned accounts Samsung.
- Carries responsibility for customer strategy and is responsible for sales.
- Selection, management, support, and proactive development of international Festo key accounts Samsung, including preparation, conclusion, and follow-up of international contracts.
- Identify, acquire, and implement projects and solutions.
- Controlling and managing project teams and ensuring the realization of projects and solutions.
- Responsible for the derivation and control of measures of his/her KAM team.
- Responsible for sales (15 - 100 m€ annual sales) comparable with a medium-sized Festo company.
- Influences sales development of the entire industry significantly.
- Has a considerable influence on the company's success in the overriding global Festo strategy (shortening the gap in terms of market share to our main competitor).
Communication with internal & external customers, suppliers, and partners
- Regular, close cooperation with internationally networked major customers Samsung.
- Establishing, expanding, and maintaining customer relationships Samsung.
- Frequent communication with the client's top management Samsung.
KPI – Key Performance Indicators
- Turnover and business development of Global Key Account Samsung (Selected Key Account Customer).
- Profitability development of Global Key Accounts Samsung.
- Identification and acquisition of new global projects Samsung (number, revenue).
Leadership
- Team building and management of a global team (leading on a distance) for Key Accounts Samsung.
Experiences/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Control Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales experience with Samsung Semiconductor or related semiconductor industry experience
- Work experience in battery or display industries (preferred)
- Proven experience in a global role, including stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
