Head of Hardware Development Servo Drives
Your Job:
- Disciplinary and technical management of the development team for drives hardware development applications;
- Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from concept and design to prototyping, testing, and production;
- Product development according to Drives roadmap including requirements management and product architecture;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, mechanical engineering, and product management, purchasing and production to ensure seamless integration and delivery of complete solutions;
- Coordination of product localization to Festo Sofia plant;
- Coordination of product change management for the whole Electric Drive Product Line;
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the hardware engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development;
- Ensuring the necessary development processes (e.g. PDP,) and safety measures for product development and product;
- Planning of budget, investment and further development of employees Profile.
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field;
- Proven experience in leading and managing hardware development teams, preferably in the field of power electronics in extra low voltage and low voltage range;
- In-depth knowledge of power electronics design principles, including analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and thermal management;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Structured analytical thinking;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
