Release Train Engineer (m/f/d)

Your job:

  • Facilitation of ART events such as Programme Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt Workshops and PO Syncs
  • Ensuring agile principles and practices according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) within the ART
  • Promoting communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders and management as well as contact persons for top management
  • Monitoring the continuous progress of the ART and tracking key metrics and performance indicators
  • Leading role in the definition and further development of standardised processes, methods and tools
  • Continuous improvement within the ART

 

Your qualification:

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering or computer science as well as comparable qualifications
  • Several years of experience as a release train engineer or agile coach in a scaled environment as well as certifications in the agile field 
  • Sound experience in change management as well as in the hardware and software development environment is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Excellent communication, moderation and coaching skills 
  • Holistic thinking, analytical approach and ability to work independently
