Recruiter (m/f/d) - temporary 2 years - secondment to Turkey

As a Recruiter (m/f/d), you will be part of our global HR team. After an onboarding process at our headquarters in Esslingen, you will work on assignment at our plant in Manisa/Izmir, making a significant contribution to the establishment of our new production site in Turkey. The employment contract is limited to a duration of 2 years.

Your job:

• You coordinate and drive employer branding, sourcing, and recruiting activities for the production site in Manisa.
• In close collaboration with the respective departments you acquire, screen, and interview the candidates.
• You independently analyze the local candidate market, leveraging your previous experience to expand and enhance the local recruiting strategy.
• As your knowledge deepens, you potentially contribute to the expansion of the local HR portfolio.

Your qualifications:

• You have a degree in psychology or business management with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the recruiting field and with proactive sourcing using various channels.
• You have fluent Turkish and excellent English language skills.
• Experience in sourcing production/engineering positions would be advantageous for successful task fulfillment
• Your profile is rounded off by a proactive and pragmatic mindset, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize.
