Quality Manager Software (m/f/d)

Your job:

• Responsible contact person for all quality issues in the central department Corporate Quality
• Ensuring software quality and supporting the planning process for setting quality targets in software development projects
• Planning and implementation of quality-related activities for maturity assurance according to standards or normative specifications
• Contributing to the definition of the verification and validation strategy for software
• Accompanying and ensuring the verification and validation measures that arise in the software development process
• Interface to the Corporate Software Development department
• Participation in process improvement activities, e.g. methods, tools, etc.
• Ensuring valid work results in the software development process
   

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, technical computer science, software engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance of software development processes
• Sound knowledge of risk management, common quality methods and auditing of development processes
• Basic knowledge in the field of functional safety (e.g. IEC 61508 and ISO 26262) and cyber security (IEC 62443) is desirable
• Basic knowledge of common maturity models such as ASPICE, CMMI or similar is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken 
• Very good team and communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working as well as high quality awareness and assertiveness
• Willingness to cooperate across divisional and national borders
