Product Owner for Systems Simulation Engineering (m/f/d)

Your job:

• Further development, coordination and communication of the Systems Simulation Engineering product strategy and roadmap 
• Identification of internal customer needs and derivation of requirements for Systems Simulation Engineering
• Recording, prioritizing and managing requirements for Systems Simulation Engineering in the product backlog 
• Close collaboration with the international development teams and internal stakeholders (e.g. business units, sales, IT)
• Planning and coordination of product releases while ensuring quality and on-time delivery 
• Identifying potential for improvement, implementing appropriate measures for systems simulation engineering
• Initiation and management of agile ceremonies based on SCRUM

Your qualification:

• Completed technical studies in the field of automation technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the development of technical solutions, ideally in the field of simulation or in the design or modeling of automation systems
• Experience in project management and defining product visions 
• Experience in requirements engineering and agile project management methods, ideally in the role of product owner
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Enthusiasm and persuasiveness
• High level of teamwork and intercultural competence, especially in the Indian cultural area
