Product Manager Process Automation (m/f/d)
Your job:
- Responsibility and proactive management of a product portfolio in the Process Automation business unit over the entire product life cycle
- Determination of specific product requirements and definition and further development of products for a strategically efficient product portfolio
- Elaboration of technology and product roadmaps, development of price structures and preparation of specifications
- Evaluation of new technologies and innovations, taking into account current and future market and customer requirements as well as business aspects
- Observation and evaluation of competitors, Preparation and implementation of international product training sessions and support at trade fairs
- Regular contact with or visits to customers and assessment of current and future customer requirements
- Close cooperation with the development, marketing and global sales departments
Your qualification:
- Completed studies in a technical or scientific field or in the field of industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of process automation, ideally in product management, alternatively in sales or marketing or development
- Application knowledge in automation technology
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Strong persuasive and enthusiastic skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills
