Head of Corporate Media Creation (m/w/d)

Your job:

• Responsibility for the development of a brand communication strategy, with a dockable communicative and visual umbrella for marketing, HR, technologies, sustainability, didactic, bionic
• Ensuring and governance of the conception, development and global implementation of image campaigns with the aim of improving Festo's image, increasing awareness of the brand and strengthening the trust of the target groups in the brand
• Responsibility for touchpoint and channel-specific performance measurement of brand campaigns
• Development of attention-grabbing creative concepts and visual strategies for internal and external campaigns
• Determining the design elements of a campaign (photos, films, texts, drawings and graphics) and developing channel- and touchpoint-specific media
• Coordination of external service providers, e.g. external advertising agencies
• Disciplinary and technical management of the associated team

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in marketing, communication, media design or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a highly innovative and dynamic environment, e.g. an agency
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience in dealing with various communication channels and tools
• Business fluent in English and German
• Excellent understanding and feel for creating consistent visual creative concepts
• Strategic mindset and the ability to translate the company's vision and goals into concrete marketing and communication strategies
• Very strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
