Embedded Hardware Developer - Functional Safety (m/f/d)

Your job:

  • Design, simulation, series development and documentation of innovative embedded electronic circuits in digital and analog technology in the context of functional safety
  • Further development of digital and analog I/O modules as well as fieldbus connections with Ethernet physics
  • Development, construction and commissioning of prototypes as well as coordination and implementation of functional verification
  • Layout support from design to series production, taking into account EMC-compliant design
  • Support with the qualification, release and certification of products
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of developments on the semiconductor market

 

Your qualification:

  • Completed studies in the field of electronics, communications engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the development of electronic series products in an embedded environment
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of standards relating to electrical safety and machine safety (IEC 61508 and ISO 13849)
  • Good knowledge of control engineering and analog electronics
  • Knowledge of E-CAD (preferably Cadence Allegro)
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong ability to work in a team and flexibility
