Electronic developer HW in the field of extra-low voltage (m/f/d)
Your job:
- Development of innovative flat modules for stepper and BLDC motors in the protective extra-low voltage range for use in integrated mechatronic systems
- Development of power and control electronics incl. output stages, position sensors, microcontroller selection, field bus and other communication systems
- Assessment and implementation of functional safety, e.g. in accordance with the Machinery Directive, including the development of requirements and the continuous documentation of the development in ALM tools, e.g. CodeBeamer
- Development and assessment of the necessary heat management, taking into account customer applications
- Specification and concept development for the hardware in the system network using modern ‘DfX’ (‘Design for...’) X= Test, Production, Cost...) – development approaches incl. circuit development at the circuit diagram level and supervision of the layout process
- Creation of test plans for prototypes, commissioning, execution of functional and qualification tests incl. review of the tests required for production and the test equipment for series production
- Evaluation of current general hardware developments (market & technology) in terms of relevance and derivation of actions
Your qualification:
- Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of power electronics, control of electrical drives, their control and industrial communication systems
- Several years of experience in embedded hardware development, particularly in the field of (protective) extra-low voltage
- Several years of experience in the field of safety hardware development, including corresponding further training certificates an advantage
- Experience in embedded firmware development, especially in hardware-related firmware (HAL), is an advantage
- Experience in mechatronic system development and in working in interdisciplinary development teams is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English and strong intercultural skills
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and interest in following developments in the electronics industry and expanding the team's know-how
