SAP Consultant Configuration (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Software development in the Festo configuration environment in SAP LO-VC and SAP S4/Hana backend processes for configuration within an international agile team
  • Responsibility for developing long-term technology and deployment strategies 
  • Consulting the business department and product owners regarding possible technical options
  • Coordinating developments and managing various sourcing partners (external, internal, national, and international) 
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders and product owners in the company such as product modeling, product management, and product development 
  • Second level support for the software modules and solutions managed by the team
  • Testing, acceptance, and rollout of solutions

 

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in global software projects as a project manager and/or software architect
  • Very good ABAP OO knowledge and programming experience
  • Good SAP knowledge with a focus on configuration (VC) and Sales (SD)
  • Good knowledge of current software technologies and understanding of overarching IT architectures
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong analytical, holistic, and conceptual thinking
  • Goal orientation, communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Integration and teamwork skills
