Manager Global Training Operations (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Manage the global value creation and delivery ecosystem of the Product Unit Workforce Development (WD),  together with the local training units (LTUs) in Festo’s sales companies
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the WD ecosystem
• Drive strategic partner acquisition to establish and grow a global WD service delivery network
• Ensure training delivery excellence and quality management for all WD services of Festo worldwide
• Build a global faculty community and drive best practice sharing and continuous improvement across the entire training delivery value chain
• Ensure standardized delivery ability and quality across all LTUs by driving global faculty master trainings
• Support the LTUs in organizing cross-regional expert coordination and resource deployment
• Drive the digitalization of training delivery, implement innovation to enhance training effectiveness, and facilitate respective change management in the LTUs
• Develop and roll out standardized qualification needs assessment methods and tools and work with WD Overlay Sales and LTUs to ensure their consistent application

Your qualifications:

• Management experience in a global professional services or education business, ideally first-hand experience as instructor
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with partners
• Highly developed people skills and effective communication, high level of assertiveness
• Proven hands-on mentality and pragmatic way of working
• Profound change management knowledge and experience
• Business fluent in English, knowledge of further world language preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 30%)
