IT Specialist Audit & Compliance Management (m/f/d)

- Identify and analyze external and internal governance and compliance requirements and derive recommendations for action
- Responsibility, operation and further development of the IT audit management process with the aim of minimizing the workload of the audited Global IT departments. This includes the independent management of IT audits, e.g. annual audits, ISO audits, etc., including tracking and ensuring that findings from IT audits are rectified.
- Responsibility, operation and further development of the internal control system (ICS) in the Global IT department in Switzerland and abroad. This includes the implementation and adjustment of IT controls in the Global IT department together with the process and control managers, e.g. based on IT risk analyses, IT audits or internal/external compliance requirements.
- Independent planning and execution of process analyses incl. consulting the Global IT departments to identify risks, weaknesses or improvement potentials in Global IT at an early stage so that the requirements of external and internal IT audits are adequately implemented
- Close coordination with various specialist functions, such as IT Risk Management, Corporate ICS, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Information Security, Data Protection, etc.
- Coordination of external consultants who support the implementation
- Preparation and implementation of regular IT audit and IT ICS reports to IT management, including further development of reporting
Your Qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to analyze legal requirements and derive the relevance for the IT organization
- Very good knowledge of (IT) risk management and internal control systems
- Experience as an (IT) auditor or audit coordinator is helpful
- A good understanding of IT processes and knowledge of relevant frameworks is an advantage, e.g. ITIL, COBIT or ISAE 3402
- A basic understanding of IT governance and IT compliance requirements is desired
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to work in a team
- Customer-oriented way of working and good communication skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills, holistic thinking and ability to work independently
- Process-oriented thinking and acting
