Head of Solution Center Server Operation (m/f/d)

 

Your job:

  • Disciplinary management of the Windows and Linux Server product teams
  • Strategic and future-oriented further development of the server products in close cooperation with both product owners
  • Ensuring the worldwide operation of Windows and Linux server systems as well as the continuous optimization and automation of operational processes
  • Responsibility for planning and adherence to budgets as well as the development of savings potentials
  • Proactive supplier management and selection of strategic partners
  • Targeted and active further development of employees

 

Your qualification:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
  • Proven track record in leading and developing infrastructure teams
  • Strong customer orientation as well as strong communication and organizational skills
  • High degree of innovative ability and willingness to change
  • Experience in the field of IT infrastructure, ideally in the operation of server systems
  • Initial experience with agile working methods in the SAFe framework is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong results orientation, problem-solving skills, and assertiveness
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
