Head of Solution Center IT Integration and Data Management (m/f/d)

Your job:

• Responsibility for two product teams and the associated disciplinary management of 8 employees in the management of the Solution Center 
• Sustainable further development of employees and strengthening the agile work culture (SAFe) within the organization
• Planning and controlling the budget in the area of responsibility
• Joint formulation and development of the strategic direction of global IT products in collaboration with the product owners
• Responsibility for the IT operation of the global data and integration platforms, both in the cloud and on-premise
• Ensuring adherence to compliance and IT security requirements as well as SLAs
• Active interface to IT purchasing and IT license management
• Helping to shape the standardization and further development of methods, processes and tools in the area of responsibility

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT operations as well as disciplinary management experience of at least 3 years
• Experience in IT operations and management of a service portfolio
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Very good communication and moderation skills as well as intercultural competence and experience in setting up and managing virtual teams
• High level of initiative and perceptiveness, as well as a sense of responsibility and assertiveness
