Agile Master IT (m/f/d)
Your job:
- Promoting and implementing agile methodologies and practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) within the team and across the organization
- Coaching and mentoring teams and individuals to promote an agile mindset and achieve continuous improvement
- Facilitating and supporting agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and planning meetings
- Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear and prioritized product and sprint planning
- Identifying and removing obstacles to continuously increase team progress
- Promoting communication and collaboration within different (product) teams
Your qualification:
- Successfully completed studies, e.g. in the field of business informatics, business administration, psychology, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
- Very good knowledge of Scrum techniques and agile principles
- Certifications in the agile field (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, SAFe) an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Strong coaching skills and experience in training and developing teams
- Ability to positively shape change and lead teams through change
- Holistic thinking, analytical approach and a self-motivated, solution-oriented way of working
