Senior Sales Engineer
In this role you will drive sales growth of pneumatic, electric, and process automation products by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible to provide technical expertise and tailored solutions while executing sales strategies aligned with company goals and evolving market trends.
Your job:
- Drive sales of automation products (pneumatic, electric, process Automation) by identifying new opportunities, markets, and achieving revenue targets
- Manage key accounts by building strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact, and expanding business within existing customers
- Deliver technical and product expertise through tailored solutions, presentations, and close collaboration with technical teams
- Develop and execute account and sales strategies aligned with company goals, informed by market and competitor analysis
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting to changing market and customer needs
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 5 – 8 years of experience in electric automation sales.
- Proven experience in key account management, End User & OEM sales, with strong ability to analyze customer needs and drive business growth.
- Strong communication skills, self-driven and adaptable, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
