Head of Finance & Controlling, Member of Management Board (w/m/d) 100%

We have been an important part of the international Festo Group since 2016. We continue to inspire our customers with our quality and performance. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a new member of management with the following qualifications.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility and further development of the "Finance & Controlling" division
• Management of the small finance and IT team
• Budget preparation, monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and OR, forecasts
• Definition and monitoring of calculation bases (production controlling), profitability analyses, reporting incl. Group reporting (HQ)
• Responsibility for compliance, in the role of local compliance officer, incl. ICS
• Advising the Executive Board and the management team on business management issues
• Support for local and group-wide projects

Your qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in the area of "Finance & Controlling", ideally experience in production controlling
• Degree in finance, controlling or comparable qualification (specialist certificate, FH specializing in controlling)
• Convincing communication skills in German and English with local and international stakeholders
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• High self-motivation, strong team player, inquisitive, structured and resilient
