Web Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Execute the global web experience strategy in alignment with defined business objectives and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with HQ teams, markets, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and support prioritization of web initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, UX and content teams to implement website content initiatives and ensure seamless integration.
- Define & execute web editorial functionality, design and UX initiatives in collaboration with other HQ UX teams and in line with marketing and platform strategies.
- Oversee daily website (content) management, maintaining and optimizing user experience & engagement as well as SEO visibility requirements.
- Monitor website performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for ongoing content, digital visibility and UX improvement.
- Assist in web experience & content-related project management, including timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
- Provide guidance and support to global website editors or external content contributors as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in website management across multiple markets and domains.
- Strong operational knowledge of UX/UI and content creation as well as CMS and design tools (e.g. FirstSpirit and Figma).
- Good web analytics, SEO and UX skills to analyze and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, UX and content factory.
- Familiarity with website compliance standards related to privacy and accessibility.
- Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and emerging web technologies.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
