Web Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Web Analytics Manager to join our team and play a key role in our digital measurement strategy. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our website analytics infrastructure, also analyzing website data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for various departments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be highly involved of the FOX (website development) Scrum team: Review all user stories from FOX to make sure new features all include proper tracking.
  • Define tracking standards: what needs to be tracked and how.
  • Be a Data ambassador amongst the other FOX Product Owners. 
  • Collaboration with FOX Product Owners to measure impact of developments and be the link between the teams.
• Maintain the tag manager on FoX pages.
• Set up and manage the transition to a new website analytics tool. 
• Provide support and training to global users with the web analytics tool.
• Collaborate with A/B testing team to make sure new tests are properly tracked and according to standards.
• Constant communication with Marcom counterpart to analyze additional needs of data and shared backlog of further tracking developments.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand goals and provide ideas of new campaigns.
• Foster a strong partnership with the Analytics Team by proactively understanding their objectives, aligning on shared goals, and facilitating two-way support and knowledge exchange to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience with web analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager). 
• Experience with tracking methods and technologies.
• Experience implementing web analytics from scratch is a plus.
• Strong understanding of website tracking and measurement best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exposition to html, java script or similar is a plus
