Talent Acquisition Partner
We are establishing a new Global TA Hub in Barcelona to strengthen our global recruiting setup. In this role, you will focus on hiring for the German market while partnering closely with local HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, bringing in your recruiting expertise, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and taking ownership of the recruitment process.
Your tasks:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across different fields, mainly for the German market;
- Strategic advisor and challenger to hiring managers on talent decision;
- Proactively source, engage and hire top candidates using modern recruiting techniques and tools;
- Ensure a strong quality focus in candidate selection and hiring process;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles;
- Collaborate in an international and intercultural environment.
Your qualification:
- Degree in Business, Technical Engineering, or a related field; strong affinity for Sales and Marketing;
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally a combination of experience in headhunting agencies and industry recruiting;
- Hunter mentality with a strong recruiting drive and ownership mindset;
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and a background in candidate diagnostics;
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, Spanish is a strong plus (or any other additional language);
- Proactive with an intercultural mindset, structured working style, and genuine interest in working with people;
- Digital mindset.
