As Product Manager AI Solutions, you will drive the prioritization and delivery of AI‑enabled solutions that create clear business value and support sales and customer‑facing activities. Working closely with business, IT, and external partners, you will translate needs into scalable solutions, steer strategic decisions, and ensure continuous improvement across initiatives.

 

Your job 

  • Manage the prioritization and implementation of AI solutions in the Sales domain, ensuring value creation and business alignment. 

  • Co-lead the intake process with sales and customerfacing departments, translating business requests into clear product requirements. 

  • Drive the makevsbuy strategy for AI solutions, evaluating internal development versus external platforms or partner technologies. 

  • Collaborate closely with IT, internal stakeholders, and strategic partners to shape and deliver scalable AI solutions. 

  • Identify synergies across use cases and ensure harmonized, reusable AI components across the organization. 

  • Oversee solution design and development (without handson coding), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance. 

  • Track performance KPIs, adoption, and value realization to guide continuous improvement and roadmap decisions. 

 

Your profile 

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role focused on digital or AI-enabled business solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms including Microsoft’s Ecosystem (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Dynamics CRM, etc). 

  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand sales processes, customer needs, and value drivers. 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured product needs and technical direction. 

  • Skilled at collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to find synergies across teams and use cases. 

  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable steering complex cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus.
