As part of the AI enablement and change team, you will support clear and engaging internal communication around new AI initiatives, tools, and ways of working. You will help build awareness, drive adoption, and foster active internal communities by creating content, supporting change activities, and coordinating across teams.

 
Your job 

  • Support internal communication for AI-related initiatives, ensuring employees understand new tools, capabilities, and benefits. 

  • Help design and execute change-management activities that promote AI adoption across departments. 

  • Drive AI internal communities by creating content, moderating discussions, organizing events, and keeping channels active and engaging. 

  • Assist in developing learning materials such as quick-start guides, usecase spotlights, best-practice posts, and success stories. 

  • Assist in project management activities for AI governance & strategy meetings. 

Your profile 

  • Currently studying Communications, Business, Psychology, Digital Media, Change Management, or a related field — with a strong interest in AI. 

  • Passion for emerging technologies and how AI transforms the way people work. 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way. 

  • Creativity for producing appealing content (visuals, posts, small videos, or storytelling pieces). 

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders across teams. 

  • Team-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn quickly in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
