Global Lead of AI for Sales Transformation
Role Purpose:
Lead Festo’s global AI adoption in sales—boost productivity, enhance customer experience, and position Festo as an AI-driven industrial leader.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive AI Adoption for Sales Efficiency: Automate lead qualification, proposals, and knowledge retrieval; Improve CRM data quality and deliver actionable insights; Track KPIs: cycle time, ROI, conversion rates.
- Elevate Customer Journey: Scale AI tools: chatbots, recommendation engines, self-service platforms; Enhance Festo AI Assistant for personalized engagement; Apply A/B testing and predictive personalization.
- Strengthen Festo’s AI Leadership: Ensure visibility in global AI ecosystems; Collaborate with Marketing on responsible AI positioning; Build partnerships for industry recognition. .
- Enable Predictive Sales Analytics: Implement forecasting, segmentation, and opportunity scoring; Deliver dashboards for smarter decisions; Optimize pricing and cross-selling through insights.
- Build AI Governance & Innovation: Align with privacy, security, and ethics: Upskill teams on AI literacy; Establish governance for scaling AI tools.
Team Scope
- Lead Product Owners & AI specialists in SAFe.
- Key platforms: AI Assistant, Virtual Copilots, Recommendation Engines, A/B Testing, Lead Scoring.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in AI/digital transformation (B2B preferred).
- Proven success with AI tools (chatbots, predictive analytics).
- Leadership in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Expertise in analytics, conversion optimization, customer journey.
- Strong strategic and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI governance is a plus.
