Data Analyst Trainee
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona. This is a full-time internship under a temporary contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for another 6 months. Candidates must have already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
The role provides hands-on experience in data analysis and the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance our digital sales and marketing capabilities. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support our team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing and sales data from various sources to support business operations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing and sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Help identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in marketing and sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in ensuring data quality and integrity across different data sets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (degree must be completed prior to starting the internship).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns.
