Agile Master
We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Agile Master to join the Digital Sales Hub (DSH) in Barcelona. You will serve as Scrum Master for the Engineering Tools squads and act as an Agile Coach for hub‑wide improvements across several departments (Analytics, Online Business Concepts and Marketing).
Additionally, a part of this role is enablement: you will design and deliver training for Product Owners and Scrum Masters (train‑the‑trainer), grow facilitation skills across the hub, and build a sustainable community of practice.
Key responsibilities
Digital Sales Hub-level (Strategic)
• Lead OKRs in the hub: aligned objectives, measurable KRs, monthly check‑ins, quarterly reviews, and clear scorecards.
• Mentor the Analytics squad on their continuous‑improvement journey.
• Support Marketing’s operating model and strengthen cross‑squad synergies.
• Build consistency at scale: drive agile community of practice, cross‑team demos (technical and soft-skill related).
• Train‑the‑trainer & enablement: design and deliver trainings for Scrum Masters and Product Owners (onboarding, role bootcamps, facilitation and conflict skills, metrics, and discovery‑to‑delivery flows); create reusable assets (playbooks, templates, micro‑trainings) and coach others to teach them.
• Cross‑border sync: stay aligned with Festo.com teams and other sites; grow a community of Agilists across locations.
Squad-level
• Improve delivery flow (reduce WIP/lead time, increase predictability); surface and drive impediment removal.
• Enable product focus with clear goals, prioritization, and acceptance criteria with Product Owners.
• Run focused, timeboxed events and keep outcomes visible and actionable.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads; escalate when needed.
Requirements
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Master for software and/or data teams in multi‑team settings.
• Experience in complex ecosystems and corporate environments (required), coordinating across squads, functions.
• Technical background (ideally software development) - able to work closely with software engineering.
• Proven improvements in delivery flow using lightweight metrics (throughput, lead time, predictability).
• Tools: Jira or GitLab, wikis, online whiteboards; data‑driven with basic delivery/analytics metrics.
• Strong facilitation (onsite and online, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills; pragmatic and outcome‑focused.
• Nice to have: experience rolling out OKRs beyond a single squad.
• PSM preferred (CSM valued); additional coaching/facilitation certifications are a plus; leadership trainings recommended.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Catalan appreciated.
