About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations.

In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure smooth procurement processes while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to expand our supplier portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis to discover new supply sources and manufacturing technologies.
• Lead supplier negotiations to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Drive sustainable cost reduction initiatives and track performance against targets.
• Coordinate with quality teams to enhance supplier performance.
• Manage capacity planning to maintain long-term supply stability.
• Oversee contract management and compliance.
• Participate in strategic sourcing decisions and cost optimization projects.
• Contribute to supply chain program development.
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related area
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in supplier management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Advanced MS Office skills Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of international procurement markets
• Track record of successful cost optimization projects
