Senior Sales Engineer - Key Account Management
In this role,you develop and manage the relationship between Festo and designated Key Accounts in order to maximise Share of Wallet and secure profitability in sales of Festo’s products and services so as to achieve or exceed sales targets in line with Festo business growth plans.
Your Job:
- Drive growth in defined Key Accounts through strategic account planning, opportunity focus, and deliver all targets, objectives in line with the approved business plan
- Collaborate with Sales to position Festo as the preferred automation partner and identify cross-selling, up-selling
- Develop realistic annual and mid-term plans for strategic and HPO accounts, including customized solutions for high-volume customers
- Maintain required sales activities, provide accurate reporting, and continuously build market, product, and business knowledge to support management and new opportunity evaluation
- Execute initiatives for BD & KAM, including tracking major CAPEX, startups, and PLI opportunities across industries
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with 6–10 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of Pneumatic, Electric, Process Automation products, offerings and applications
- Strong understanding of customer business, industry trends, and expansion plans, with awareness of competitors
