Content Data Specialist

Your job:

• Administration, maintenance and continuous quality assurance of data in relevant systems and databases
• Coordinating, preparing and executing data releases in accordance with internal standards and release processes
• Managing translation workflows, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external language service providers
• Entering, validating and updating data while ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency
• Preparing and structuring data for technical authors, ensuring high reusability and adherence to editorial and semantic requirements
• Working in a Component Content Management System (CCMS) to maintain, enrich and structure modular content
• Supporting interdisciplinary and international teams with data-related and information structuring tasks

Your qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc./MCA in relevant field with 4+ years of professional experience as a content data specialist
• Very good knowledge of English, of at least C1 level certification (as per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills to successfully formulate concepts and ideas
• Experience in data administration, data management or related fields with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
• Experience working with CCMS environments and modular content structures
• Ability to prepare, process and maintain data efficiently and with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with translation processes, terminology workflows or language management systems
• Experience with metadata, information models or system-based data workflows (e.g., PIM, CCMS, ERP) is an advantage
• Willingness to work with complex information structures and continuously learn new tools and processes
• Highly motivated team player and ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary and multi-national environment
