Scrum/Agile Master PO

Your Job:

• Implementation of agile methods and practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) within teams and the entire organization. 
• Coaching and mentoring teams and individuals as “servant leaders” to promote an agile mindset and enable teams to organize themselves.
• Supporting agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and planning meetings. 
• Working with product owners and stakeholders to demand agile principles and elements such as clear and prioritized product and sprint planning. 
• Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the progress of the teams. 
• Promoting communication and collaboration within product teams and between different teams.
• Establishing performance measurement metrics within the agile teams.
• Support the teams in understanding and carrying out product development in an agile context.
• You support the definition and further development of standardized processes, methods and tools.
• Promoting a culture of continuous development and an agile mindset within teams and the entire organization. 

Technical Personal Competencies and Requirements:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or comparable qualification. 
• Proven experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. 
• Excellent communication and moderation skills. 
• Strong coaching skills and experience in training and developing teams. 
• Experience in change management is an advantage. 
• Certifications in the agile field (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, SAFe). 
• Holistic thinking, analytical approach, and independent work.
• Experience in software development environment is an advantage.
• Working self-organized in a highly motivated international software development team.
• Very good English language skills.
