Quality Manager Systems

Your job:

• Closely work together with software development teams, by consulting and guiding them on a suitable quality strategy, executable in the project. 
• Facilitate the monitoring of quality process compliance status with evaluation and support corrective actions when required. 
• Support argumentation on process tailoring. 
• Main facilitator of continuous improvement of business development processеs. Leverage the quality mindset in the organization.

Your qualifications:

• Technical bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Professional experience in quality management / quality assurance in manufacturing companies.
• Profound knowledge and application of quality standards, methods, and tools.
• High level of analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills.
• Very good command of MS Office
• Structured and reliable way of working.

Personal Competencies and Requirements:

• Relevant experience 3-4 years in the field of Software Quality. 
• Good understanding of ASPICE (and IATF16949) and previous experience in organizational deployment of business processes based on these standards and guidelines.
• Experience in introducing SW Quality Process in incremental development methods like Agile.
• Good understanding in SW development business processes and capability for tailoring of the available process according to the necessities of the project.
• Experience in interfacing the R&D and production – e.g. FMEA/PFMEA, control plan and etc.
• Experience in driving Software Quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge in Functional Safety (IEC 61508) and Cyber Security relevant norms are considered as an advantage.
