Quality Manager Software

Your tasks:
• Responsible contact person for software quality issues in global project teams in the business unit Electric Automation; 
• Definition of quality objectives and active support of the planning process in software development projects to ensure software quality;
• Planning and implementation of quality-related activities to ensure maturity level according to standards or normative specifications;
• Participation in the definition, monitoring and assurance of verification and validation measures within the software development process;
• Identifying and requesting activities to improve processes, methods and tools;
• Participating and ensuring the integration of customer feedback in development projects.

Your qualifications:
• Successfully completed studies in computer science / engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, business informatics or comparable qualification;
• Profound knowledge of control technology, servo drive technology and motion control in industrial automation;
• Several years of professional experience in the development or quality assurance of software;
• Profound knowledge of common quality methods (e.g. APQP, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, Pareto);
• Basic knowledge in the field of functional safety (e.g. IEC 61508) and cyber security (IEC 62443) preferable;
• Independent and structured way of working as well as high quality awareness and assertiveness;
• Very good communication skills in English;
• High level of initiative, strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in international team.
