Quality Manager Products

Your job:

• Processing of customer complaints according to PDCA.
• Support in error analysis and development of error prevention measures.
• Initiation, implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
• Leading task force teams (international experts from various organizational units) to proactively solve quality problems.
• Identifying improvement potentials, defining procedures and instructions to ensure product and process quality.
• Quality Management for a defined Product Portfolio to ensure and improve quality.
• Quality Planning (Novelties) and participation in development projects including FMEA.

Your qualifications:

• Technical bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Professional experience in quality management / quality assurance in manufacturing companies.
• Profound knowledge and application of quality standards, methods, and tools.
• High level of analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills.
• Very good command of MS Office
• Structured and reliable way of working.
