Quality Engineer (Integrated Quality Management System)

Position Description:

• Creates, updates and manages the documents of the Quality Management System (QMS), according to corporate requirements.
• Performs regular audits of the QMS and tracks the effectiveness of proposed corrective measures.
• Prepares a schedule for internal and external audits of the QMS and takes an active part in them.
• Performs system and process audits in the production area.
• Participates in the approval of documents and instructions (e.g., local procedures and work instructions, process instructions, control plans, training materials).
• Involved in the problem resolution process (CAPA) in case of customer complaints, non-conformances found during audit, internal manufacturing or other problems related to ISO/IEC 80079-34 certified products.
• Responsible for full compliance with ISO / IEC 80079-34 and SITIIAS-C23-01 of Ex-products manufactured in the company.
• Participates in every ISO IEC 80079-34 audit (internal/external).
• Participates in supplier audits, in the product development phase and after the start of production for products related to ISO / IEC 80079-34 (only for 1GD and 2GD products).
• Participates in Six Sigma projects - QVP-6S.
• Summarizes the recorded information on the key indicators in the production process and prepares the monthly quality report.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Higher education – technical field of study.
• Written and spoken English and/or German (min. level B2).
• Good computer literacy - MS Office. 
• Experience with SAP-ICM+,ICP,YQM13,YQSF,YQBM will be considered an advantage.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• Previous experience in the field at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations.
• Experience in international teams and multicultural environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Knowing and working with measuring equipment for mechanical and electrical quantities.
