PCB Layout Engineer

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Development of Layout solutions in design phase according to IPC standards.
• Layout supervision from first scratch to series production considering EMC conform design.
• Performing SI and PI simulations.
• Continuous monitoring of developments and trends in the semiconductor market.
• Taking, work on and submitting tasks according to central taskboard.
• Active collaboration in comprehensive committees along the development process (project teams, FMEA, etc.).

Required abilities:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience as Layout Designer.
• Practical experience in layout design, preferably Cadence Allegro.
• Possibilities to perform SI and PI simulations.
• Open minded and motivated to develop and create new things and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international team.
• Fluent English language skills.
