With reference to our growing Technical Engineering Center Sofia (TEC Sofia) currently we are looking for

Embedded SW Engineer (Robotics)

Your job:

• Implement, maintain and test embedded software for intelligent automation systems with focus on fieldbus
• systems, industrial Ethernet and strict real-time performance;
• Contribute to technical specifications for new products;
• Develop embedded software and concepts based on real time operating systems;
• Review and document the code, utilizing peer-review tools;
• Design and debug firmware;
• Support qualification as well as certification of the products;

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT / IT Engineering, Electronics, etc.;
• Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge in German language will be considered as an advantage;
• Professional Competencies and Requirements:
• Proven expertise and practical experience in embedded systems programming as well as a solid background in real-time systems;
• Practical experience in embedded firmware design, development, debugging and testing;
• Practical experience in low level (peripheral HAL and drivers) software implementation;
• Excellent coding skills in C / C++ and programming experience with usage of ALM tools;
• Good knowledge of IDEs and software development tools;
• Good know-how of embedded hardware (ARM development boards, Single-Board Computers);
• Experience with Python will be considered as an advantage.
